Draconian Texas Beer Law Overturned →
Texas bros, you know how before we couldn’t search on breweries’ websites for where we can buy their beer?  Today, thanks to Open the Taps and the Jester King Brewery, that portion of TABC law was declared unconstitutional. This is nothing short of amazing.  The three tier system of beer distribution just got a major blow to its face.
