I’m crushed. Hayden Panettiere just cancelled her appearance for autographs and photo-ops at the Dallas Sci Fi Expo next month due to a TV obligation.
I had this whole plan in mind where I was going to take a photo and then when she asks who to make the autograph out to on my Heroes season 1 set, I was going to be all casual with “Lee Knox. You starred in a movie about my cousin, Amanda.” (Not related to her at all) It would start some big conversation that would end with me owning the rights to Heroes and starting a badass Kickstarter to get a new season or a final movie with exclusive rights on Netflix.
Now, the next biggest name there is Eliza Dushku. I don’t want to say that she’s a poor replacement for Hayden, but she’s a poor replacement for Hayden.
